Sundarbans, The  largest single block of tidal halophytic mangrove forest in the world, located in the southwestern part of Bangladesh. It lies on the Ganges-Brahmaputra Delta at the point where it merges with the  bay of bengal . The forest lies a little south to the Tropic of Cancer between the latitudes 21°30'N and 22°30'N, and longitudes 89°00'E and 89°55'E. With its array of trees and  wildlife  the forest is a showpiece of natural history. It is also a centre of economic activities, such as extraction of timber, fishing and collection of  honey . The forest consists of about 200 islands, separated by about 400 interconnected tidal rivers, creeks and canals. I always love long boat ride. So when my friend Avijit told me he has a work in Sundarban and it’s a long boat journey, if I wish I can join with him. I did not even take a second to reply yes. Yes Sundarban I am coming. Next morning I boarded a Train from my nearest railway station and Aviji...

It’s located in Razkandi reserve forest at Srimangal Upazila in MoulviBazar District. The waterfall was discovered in 2010. Actually, this is a place where you can feel the taste of real nature. Above all, You will enjoy the beauty of the deep forest while walking inside the forest. However, The height of the fall is around 135-160 Feet. You can even reach the top part of the fall. But it’s too much risky to go there. To get the best view of the fall you need to visit during the rainy season. In my opinion, the fall becomes more powerful during rainy monsoon. If you want to visit this land you can book your trip either from Chittagong or from Cox's Bazar. Last 5 years St. Martin's visitor population has increased dramatically. While this situation has proven to be lucrative for the islanders, it is causing the natural beauty of the island to deteriorate. Presently there are many efforts being put forth to preserve the several endagered species of turtles that nest on the island, as well as the corals, some of which are found only on Narikel Jinjera. Pieces of the coral reef are being removed in order to be sold to tourists.[1] Nesting turtles are sometimes taken for food, and their hatchlings are often distracted by the twinkling lights along the beach. Species of fish, a few just recently discovered, are being overfished. Every year the fis...
